Royal Sundaram — Misleading information while selling policy

I bought health insurance policy for my Wife and Son from Royal sundaram in 2014 with policy number: HCJ0002005 & membership no: HC[protected]A.
Sale was a complete misleading and we have not been told the hidden facts of the policy because of which we are suffering now. misleading were:
1. sales rep didn’t inform me anything about Pre Existing diseases and hence i didn’t share pre illness my wife has which is Asthama and Thyroid.
2. No information given on 2 different sum insured amount for mother and brother which is 2 lacs for mother and 1 lac for brother. he was told it is 3 lacs floating and anyone out of both can use the complete amount.
3. no information was given on Daily room limit in hospital which is unjustified.
4. No permission was taken for ECS and ECS was activated through my city salary account and charged 2nd premium without taking his consent. i came to know later when i enquired with my bank.
5. I was told all big hospitals like max, Fortis etc. will be covered but selected hospitals of max, Fortis only will be covered and not all.
6. No information on TPA involvement was being told.
it was a totally misleading transaction and policy becomes null and void. Can you psl check this and get back to me.
pls help me get the justice.
