I made vehicle insurance to my BMW Vehicle No. PY-01BM-5018 by paying the Insurance Premium of Rs.56, 000/-, Policy No. VPC[protected]. But now I bring to your notice that 2 months back my vehicle got accident. I contacted the Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company Mangalore Branch. After 1 week one person came from Bangalore and inspected the vehicle and told me that he will report later. But now 3 months left but reply or claim received from above said company. I contacted several time. Now the company denying to compensate. So please look into the matter and settle my problem.

    My previous year car policy no claim bonus not yet received from royal sundharam insurance . I contacted royal sundharam several times but they are not responding me. And last year they received amount Rs: 1692 extra amount adn same amount not yet returned back. They are no one cheater in insurance company...KIndly refund the no claim bonus and extra amount you collected Rs.1692.

      Misleading information while selling policy

      I bought health insurance policy for my Wife and Son from Royal sundaram in 2014 with policy number: HCJ0002005 & membership no: HC[protected]A.
      Sale was a complete misleading and we have not been told the hidden facts of the policy because of which we are suffering now. misleading were:
      1. sales rep didn’t inform me anything about Pre Existing diseases and hence i didn’t share pre illness my wife has which is Asthama and...

      I renewed car policy on 10th feb in royal sundaram general insurance company and i have paid full amount for one year. I got the renewal confirmation message statement and they mentioned policy valid upto 17th june 2016. I made several calls to royal sundaram they are not responding and not taking any action to correct the date. I attached the policy renewal confirmation document for reference. Dont go for royal sundaram general insurance company for car insurance and they are cheaters and useless company.

        I was driving my car on MB Road, on date 4 Feb 2016 routed towards Badarpur to Narnaul for purpose of my relatives marriage. After crossing Vayusena Bad at the time of 4.00 P.M. all of sudden from left side of my vehicle’s hit by Santro then it was uncontrolled and hit another car on left side and from back side there was a bike hit my car from back side.

        I have Policy No – MOP2775036 I drop my car Maruti Alto 800 Reg No HRCC 6123, on 06 Feb 2016 at Insuh Motor and submitted all required document. I told about all things to be repaired to Insuh Motor Person Mr. Ravi. One of your surveyor Mr.Sarfe Alam came for examination of my Car on 08 Feb 2016, and called me in the evening that back side bumper not covered but after discussion he agreed to change the bumper but in the accident there was loss of AC pipe on left side which is not working condition before accident it was working condition.

        I am Holding this Policy since two year I am very fed up with service which Royal Sundaram are providing. I was fool that I taken my car insurance from Royal sundaram.

          I took Royal sundaram Health Insurance policy. While taking the policy that the premium I am paying is valid for two years i.e. my policy is valid for two years. It was confirmed over email and on phone by the agent. I received a message and email from royal sundaram that I will need to renew the policy in Jan 2016 by paying a renewal premium!!! I was shocked because I was never told about this. Hence I am logging this complaint. I will be posting this on social media to make sure nobody else gets cheated like me.
          Dear Sir

          Please help me, I am really trapped by Royal sundaram team.
          Firstly they are not contactable, everytime given all 4-5 contact no.s are not ringed and when they called me 1-2 time in a month then they show silent from their side.
          Royal sundaram agent sold me a policy which no. is JNS[protected], she said that you will get annual health check up after 30day of purchase date but when i asked for the health check up then one care representative denied me for this. Then I raise a complaint and asked my full refund but today I am shocked, they send a cancellation kit of my policy at my home, my brother received it.
          But about it, I have no any intimation.

          Please help me, please. All reference image are sttached.

            I brought two individual heath insurance through sbi credit card. the amount was deducted on 01-oct-2015 from my credit card by the name of royal sundaram Chennai in two transactions of rupees 2484/-&2484/- in total for rupees 4968/- only. But till now no paper regarding the policy is received by me .

              I was suffering from high fever & vomiting from 3 days and then I admitted the hospital as per doctor’s advice, And aIso I have informed customer care on the same time, and I received a claim form from insurance company, then I send all original papers of my treatment on dated 13/10/2015 as per terms. i contect several times the insurance company but not give any response.
              approximate after one month of receiving the paper of insurance company, I was informed that there is a query in this claim and that is “This case is not required for hospitalization as per customer care executive Mr. Narayan”.
              But I want the case to be recheck because I was suffering from very high fever and vomiting, even I was not able to stand on myself. After then I got admitted in the hospital as per Doctor’s advice and this was suggested by customer care Executive because not a single hospital on your TPA panel in my city. (MODINAGAR -201204, DISTT. GHAZIABAD, U.P.)
              Otherwise, I just want to share some information that I was not admitted in the hospital from previous four (4) years.

              I am also resend a copy of Doctor’s opinion on this case for your kind information and I believe you this case is 100% true and genuine.

              So please take my case and reimburse my expense amount.

                  Hello Royal Sundaram, I am Ravi Dasamantula, policy no: FY[protected] Policy has expired on 29/07/2015. But till now I was not notified from Royal Sundram through Email or letter or SMS or Phone call . I was thinking due date is there and at that time amount is going to be deducted automatically but it was not so. Yesterday 02/09/2015 while checking my mails, noticed that the policy has been expired then immediately chatted with KARTHICK online associate, told whole story and I requested him for to arrange a call back initially he rejected telling it is not possible, later when I told I will email that whole chat to your superior then he agreed to arrange the call back but no call has been received till now . Today 03/09/2015 also chatted with KARTHICK and asked the status on call back, he said not possible to arrange call back . I don’t understand what is going on from your end what kind of service it is now and never experiencing this type of bad and worst services from ROYAL SUNDRAM. After Talking KARHICK, called up customer care. Spoke to Vinay, he said the same story like KARTHICK and I told him that there should be some kind of intimation to the customer but no such notification made from your end and he is said sorry for that. Finally I am asking you that …is it any kind of trick that makes you not to renewal the policy of a long run customer has he is going gain some additional benefits? Most of benefits which is going to be covered so far will become zero in my case and that is not fair. Last year service is good from your side, you made a call and excepted renewed the policy two months later of expiry date and now I ask you why it is not possible now. If there are any changes then you need to notify to the customer right? Please answer to my question.

                    I have undergone catract operation for left eye on 14.07.15 & for Right eye on 31.07.15 i have spent Rs. 25000/- for each eye + Medicine Exp Rs. 2000/-I am holding the said policy since last 4 Years with no claim bonus. My Mediclaim policy no is HCE[protected] & Cash back policy no CSE[protected].I took the policy almost 4 year back & now policy amt is Rs. 480000 for me and same amt for my wife.At the time of policy nothing was disclosed regarding Catracts.Now when I have lodged the claim for Rs. 50000/- They have told me that i will get only Rs. 7500/- Therefore i would like to request you to help me out by getting the claim what i have spent.My cell no is [protected] & Mail is [protected]@gmail.com Regards Hemendra H Shah

                      Sir, my car got an accident. My car right striked to the other car left side. Due to that my car right side headlight, bumper fender got damaged and due to impact left side of windshield got damage. Now company is saying that they will not approve the windshield damage as it is not relevant to accident. They are telling me that damage is old. If you want to approve the claim, then prove it.
                      Please look in the matter. Insurance company is laibale to cover all the damage, but now they are not doing so. They are cheating the customer. If you will not interfere this matter, then another customer have to suffer from them.

                        I have a Car Insurance with Royal Sundaram on March 27th 2015. My car got hit with lorry got damaged it was on the middle of the road tried to start the vehicle and the vehicle got fire. Royal Sundaram is not providing payments for burnt parts. They say that fire happen due to attempt to start the vehicle and it comes under consequential loss.                           I am holding Royal Sundaram Hospital Cash Insurance Plan (Policy number HC[protected]) for my parents. The plan was taken in the year 2013 for 2year. My father was admitted to Chintamani Hospital, Amravati on 11th December 2014 & discharged on 13th December 2014 (for treatment Abdominal pain) I applied for claim which was registered on 18th December 2014 but after some days I got acknowledge letter on 3th Feb. They informed me our supervise will collected all document form your hospital and claim will take 15-20 working days to process. After one month i.e on 10th March, I got claim rejection letter with some reasons. After that I have sent mail on health.[protected]@royalsundaram.in for claim Clarification but still I am not getting any calls or mails from their side. Lots of time i spoke with customer support of royal sundaram but they are helpless. I have request they to send me direct contact of review or department but they were not able to provide. I request to Consumer Complaint portal to help me to get this money from insurance company or suggest me what step I have to take against them. Regards Amit Bhattad

                            Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I Naveen took the policy (Royal Sundaram- GL[protected] on 17/03/2013 where in the company told me that they will be covering all the disease. For anyhow I took my mother to hospital and the doctor asked to admit her immediately for her unstable health condition. Since the situation of my mother was serious I had to follow the doctor's prescription. Through which I demanded the reimbursement for the hospital bills. However, your medical officer has denied the reimbursement form stating that company do not cover such disease. I do not know why they (royal Sundaram) said like that . The problem my mother faced was the first time and she never had any such disease earlier. I never taken any reimbursement from the company before. Its been a month I sent them all the bills and approval from the hospital where my mother was admitted but I haven't received any response from them.                               I met accident my bumper and ind shield broken.I got claim for only bumper. Royal sundaraam reply. We would like to inform you that the damage to the wind shield glass did not tally with the Cause & Nature of the accident, as mentioned by you in the Claim Form. Our team had requested you to provide a clarification for the wind shield damage so that we can consider the same in second claim.But you had not responded. We have sent a partial denial letter conveying our stand already. However, for your ready reference, we are attaching a soft copy of the same.                                 I took medical policy from royal sundaram . policy No: HCJ[protected]. i took on 16/07/2013. initially i take policy and after that they asked to add my family member also. for that they told i need not to give any medical records. i paid 37764 for the 2 years policy valid till 15/07/2015. policy will cover 5 lakhs to my mother chellammal and 3 lakhs to me(siva prakash), thangaraj, boopathiraj brothers. last week 12 october 2014, my mother got accident and admitted in KMCH hospital in coimbatore. when we try to claim the hospital bill, royal sundaram insurance company told i did not submit the medical records at the time of registration. so now they are telling i did not tell any thing. initially when they are asking me to take the policy they need not any medical records. now at the time of claim they are telling medical details are not there. it is pure cheating to the clients. and just for adding policy they are giving/guiding wrong infor to clients and at the time of claim they are telling all the rules. i want IRDA to take action against Royal Sundaram for these kind of Illegal/Unethical way of doing /cheating the business. i cheated by this company Royal Sundaram and they did not respond my queries related to my joining formalities questions. if they checked that time it self i can take another secure decision for my family. because of this policy i paid money for this and i was help less at that time and cheated my this company, please give solution to this problem and investigate the royal sundaram for their policy taker how many of them did not submit medial records and this people will tell don't have medical records and they cant claim. please take necessary action against royal sundarams cheating business.                                   I have purchased Ford Fiego Titanum Car from M/s Lathangi Ford, Bangalore last year. Then the insurance has been done with M/s. Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. and the same was due on[protected]. Hence I have made the applicable premium of Rs.12, 028/- through Bill Desk (online) on[protected]. After a couple of days I have contacted the officials of M/s Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co for non receipt of Insurance Certificate, I have been told that they have not received the premium amount at all. Hence I have renewed the policy with M/s New India Assurance Company by paying the applicable premium amount. Hence I request you to lookinto the matter and arrange to refund the amount which I have paid. The details of the payment has been furnished hereunder. Transaction Status: Success. Transaction Reference No.MHCC[protected] Transaction Date and Time:[protected].18:28:34 Customer Name: S.Prakash. Reference No.[protected]. Payment Amount: Rs.12028/- (Credit Card Payment).                                     Refer policy no CEE[protected], I was admitted in hospital for about 3 months and the policy was taken before my retirement on 31st jul 12 in the name of Haricharan s narolia, but despite claim within time frame, this fradulant company said baseless excuses in giving the claim. Some lawful action is desired against this fraudulant company.
                                    And now through SMS, shamelessly asking me to renew the policy again

                                      Needless, my car is insured with Sundaram. First they took 19 days to send the inspector - not once, not twice, but thrice. When he refused to submit his report, i strongly questioned him on that. To make it look as if he is doing me a favour, he submits the estimate of 50% of the actual expense on the car. This is the most ridiculous company and the inspector is most egoistic. i have now been asking for an alternate surveyor for over a week and it has been one month since my car met with the accident and is out of operation. i will never use Royal Sundaram again, for all its worth.
