Problem 1 : I ordered metal planter with metal stand worth 999. But they shipped me wrong product worth 699. From April 30 I am writing emails but no resolution. Customer Care executive says we will replace it but then again when I call they put me on hold and eventually cut. Royal Oak offline service also was pathetic.. Lakhs we spent on furnitures and had issues with every furniture delivered. Still struggling to get resolution.. But atleast can go to store and fight. Online Order I don't know what to do. I am not getting money back or product replaced
Problem 2: Another Item worth 599 from this order is still not delivered. April 28 I placed the order. Again no resolution. No reply.
Horrible experience .. still continuing to struggle to get a resolution
