Royaloak Furniture — 2 chairs of Serene dining table not replaced by store post taken it back to store

Ordered Serene dining table back in October 2020 and delivered in January 2021 with 2 chairs out of 6 faulty. Store members took back the same with a promise of replacement and also acknowledged the same by store owner Amar - +[protected]. Till date they have not delivered or called with an update for replacement.

Visited store by myself, and still they are providing same old faulty chairs as replacement.
