Royaloak Furniture — After sale service very irresponsible
We have purchased 1+4 divine dining table on 29.11.2019 for inr 10, 000 from your vijayawada franchisee located at 27-1-135 eluru road. The chaired got issues namely; 1. Plywood used in the seats have caved in
2. Joints have broken and could not be refixed at all.
When complained mr manikyalarao's employee jayaram said that he was instructed by his boss that we should buy fresh set paying full cost and they do not repair or replace the old ones at all. And royal oak gives warranty only for 6 months. But we have been waiting for the answer from them for over 10 months because of covid 19
Request for replacement of chairs with better quality chairs and we dont mind paying additional costs.
