Royaloak Furniture — Attitude of salesperson towards customers | |||
Hi, I had ordered one TV stand and they were supposed to deliver in 2 to 3 days, but they didn't delivered, on 6th day in the evening they had called that they wil delivering it tomorrow, when I enquired why it is taking time there was rude reply from the man talking with me, and he finally told he will get back to me. Then after 5 minutes one person from showroom I think it's sales person Named Mr. Vadilee had called I asked the same question he said they wil be delivering by tomorrow I asked him what time, he said rudely there is no time limit it can be 2, 4, 6 anytime when I requested him to get it delivered in the morning he said rudely it can't be done he said if you want take it or leave it, I told him I wil cancel the order he told no issue, and told he wil give a call back from his manager the next day 10.30 Am which he didn't do. The response from staff to costomer is very rude. They don't have time sense. I really won't buy any product in Royal Oak again, and won't recommend anyone to buy any product there.
