Royaloak Furniture — audi dining chairs | |||
I had ordered a few items from Royaloak Koramangala on 14th December. Out of which the Audi Dining chairs were delivered as late as 08th January. On the morning of 11th January, when the Royaloak technician unboxed it, we found 3 of the 4 chairs with cracks (photos attached) while the 4th chair has a different shade of brown which does not match with the table color. This is extremely disappointing coming from a brand like Royaloak. They should be doing strict quality control before deliveries are made. I was made to wait for such a long time, yet the product being delivered was defective. After following up mutiple times with the customer care team as well as the store manager, they are yet to take concrete steps to replace the furniture and keep giving new excuses every single day. Super unprofessional behaviour. Hoping someone senior in Royaloak takes cognizance of the lax attitude of their employees towards after-sales service and sorts out my issue soon.
