[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Cancellation of the order | |
As per company’s policy I see that the order can be cancelled if RoyalOak cannot meet expectation of the customer. They also quote that the customer can cancel the order without giving any reason. But when i contacted customer care, they said that the order cannot be cancelled once placed!! My order ID : ROY0054962 Was this information helpful? | |
