My Order No. is ROY00103121. We had ordered an office chair on 7th May 2021 & we have not recieved the chair yet. We have tried to reach out every no. of Royal Oak available on internet but unfortunately we are unable to reach. We contacted Mysore Road (Bangalore) showroom for help, but they denied saying it is an online order & they can't help. There is no option to cancel the order too. Our family has bought so many furnitures from Royal Oak showroom & we hadn't faced such a problem as we have faced now by ordering online. Was this information helpful? | |
