Royaloak Furniture — complain about the delivery & customer service | |||
We had placed an order for 3 door wardrobe on 27th jan 2020 in royaloak online portal. We received a delivery message on 1st feb 2019 ref no. Cms051033 but we did not receive any product nor anyone contacted us to explain whats the issue. Since then we kept trying to reach the customer care through various source such as : customer care no. Which is not picked by any one, royaloak showrooms, customer executive no. Provided by the showrooms, sent messages in the online portal (Royaloakindia.com) and also sent a mail to [protected]@royaloakindia.com with all the attachments for reference. Its been 25 days and since then no one responded to calls nor to my email . i have ordered a new piece and they say the door being chipped off is within 5 percent error . The management has taken the decision that it wont be replaced,
