Royaloak Furniture — complaint no 4840 | |||||
It has been month since i purchased the product. They transported damaged goods. I have been calling them since 1 month for replacement. Till date no action is taken by those people. Those # keep blaming one another. Aleem supervisor of bannerghatta road is not taking any action. He says i'm not responsible check with customer care. Floor supervisor (Saravanan) of royal oak customer also keeps giving excuses telling i will check and get back. I have to call them everyday morning. Was this information helpful? | |||||
