Complaint no:841, struggling to get one chair replaced, horrible experience. Please take back the complete product and return back my complete money. I am really fed up with following up regularly.
Daily fake promises, no update from customer service, rude response from delivery people.

Almost 3 weeks it is and no resolution!!! Pathetic experience.

I purchased a bed last month from RoyalOak. The bed is not fixed properly. For this I have raised complaint in RoyalOak 2-3 times, but I have not getting any response from them.
This issue is pending from 2 weeks now.
Please help me in resolving this issue
