I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a defective product delivered under Sales Order No SO[protected], Invoice No SI25KA[protected]. The order was placed and fully paid on 19th April 2025, and the product was delivered on 1st May 2025.
Upon delivery and during the assembly process carried out by your technician, it was clearly identified that the tabletop was defective, showing signs of faded paint, and 2 out of the 6 chairs had torn fabric. I have attached photographs of the defects for your reference and records.
Given the condition of the product, I kindly request that ROYAL OAK replace the entire defective dining set at the earliest. Additionally, I would appreciate written assurance that the replacement set will undergo thorough quality checks and will not have similar defects. This situation also raises concerns regarding the quality control of imported materials from China and the effectiveness of the warehouse inspection process prior to dispatch.
While I would like to acknowledge the prompt support extended by Mr. Ashish from your Kirti Nagar outlet, I must emphasize the urgency of resolving this matter quickly. We request that you provide a definitive date by which the replacement set will be delivered and assembled.
