We brought this computer chair from Royal Oak on 8th January, 2021 & we found it to be defective since the arm of the chair broke on 10th January, 2021 itself. Upon looking at it deeply, we found that one of the screws was not attached at all because of which this incident occurred. I believe this is very hazardous if we have older aged people at home who will utilize this chair.

Desirable solution : We would like to request you to please look into this immediately & replace the chair or do provide us the full refund of this chair. This has been a repetitive request from our end, i would like to get a response from you as soon as possible.
