Complaint marked as Resolved We have received the product finally. But below are our concerns with respect to this product and delivery.
1) We received the product 10 days later than the promised delivery date.
2) We had no proper response from the Royal Oak team and there was no proper contact info to check the status
3) It's been 7 months since we bough this product. But the screw is weakened and the table is not strong enough.
It is ok for us to close the case. But please make sure to overcome the above issues next time.
