Worst customer service I ever seen, what Royal Oak has given me so far. When you go to shop they show the product nicely and get the order. After order the tragedy starts, they saying delivery 3 days and installation 3 days after delivery. For my case, it has been delayed 10 days so Branch manager said sir don't worry we will do the delivery and installation in the same day. Product delivered today and when I asked they said within 3 days installation. I called customer care 5 times even talked with their supervisor but nobody taking this as a complain. they saying this not a complain.I wasted so much time with talking with different persons customer care, branch from Royal Oak but no result.
