Bought a dining set 6 chairs a month back with 2 chairs having cracks on them. Raised complaints with the support team of royal oak but haven’t heard from them. It’s been more than a week since our complain for the exchange has been raised.

Got the three chairs replaced. Took a month of repeated calls, follow ups, complaints with the store. Replaced chairs look okay with 1-2 scratches for now.
