Royaloak Furniture — Damaged product delivered | |||
I have ordered 2 wardrobe and 1 dinning table at royal oak bannerghatta branch.After we got the products and I sat on the dinning chair it got broke.Then I called customer care telling that i dont need this product because am afraid to sit on the other chairs as well so replace me with a new good quality one and am ready to pay extra for the higher version as well.But they didnt agree at all...they just took my broken chair mend it and gave back.The people at the store are very irresponsible.They dont care about customers.They just want to sell their goods.What more Can i do in this case? i request everyone not to buy in royal because i have never seen such a pathetic and rude way of handling customers before.@royal oak team I have tried my level best to explain my situation to you that I dont want this damaged product.but still you dont come forward to replace it.Whats the guaranty like if sit in other chair and if it gets broken?Will you be responsible for my hospital expenses?
