[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Damaged Sofa delivered No replacement made so far

We ordered Lounger sofa on 3rd Jan 2022, Initially damaged sofa got delivered and i asked for replacement and pickup after struggle they picked up it on 12th Jan and said that they will replace new one. But later found they were trying to repair and send same one, however they could not do that as well. No proper response on call and messages, not allowed me for refund, not allowed to choose different product or replacement. After so much struggle and fights over calls, they allowed me to select new one. I have chosen different product on 23rd Jan and paid excess amount. Even after that i found they are not delivering new sofa and no response on that one as well.
Durning this course my friends and colleagues visited my home and I had bad experience because of this. Moreover the terms and conditions defined on royal oak portal describes new sofa will be replaced in 24 hours or max 10 days if it is imported. But here they were trying to stitch/repair and deliver same sofa. Please check the terms and conditions given below.

So far on 28th we didn't receive any sofa and no response on delivery date. We paid around 1.5 lakh for this. Kindly help us regarding sofa and make justice for same.

Royaloak India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Royaloak is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Royaloak Retail policy, or for any other reason.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED
Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.
