Royaloak Furniture — damaged within 6 month of purchase

1. I have purchased one king size bed on december 2019. Now it is september. All the upper board are got bend and it is not getting fit. Please guide me how can you help me. The details of purchase is as below.

I did not get any reply from your end. I have talked so many times with customer care and every time the reply will come our executive will contact you with in 10 mins/within the day but no body has contacted me so far. I have also followed up through whats app.

How many times i will follow up. Please look after the issue and provide the solution.

If you can not provide, please inform me, i will stop talking to customer care and stop writing the mail.
