[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Defect in product

Last 15 days I am waiting for the complaint to get resolved from Royal Oak but no one is bothered.i am tired sending emails and calling customer care people.i am shocked that the service team has no one capable enough to handle this.
The service person came and spoiled the look of the product.not happy with their service.
After informing them also no one is calling me.still waiting for the solution.
I want the product replaced with new one or return my money .

Updated by Pret.S Service was very bad.they have not called me and checked and said it's resolved.i wrote email and called also .told them it's your bad service and fault
