[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Defective and damaged shoe rack | |||||
We purchased a MILAN shoe rack from Hosur Rd, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 on 4th march, 2017.The installation guy opened the box before installing it and he found that the piece is damaged, full of scratches and looks old.we asked him to stop the installation and replace the product.He said manager will call about it.we did not receive any call from any manager of royaloak, instead we have been chasing them since then but no action has been taken till date.everytime we call customer care they avoid and promise call backs which they never do.then we tried calling the shop people from where we purchased the product but everytime they say manager will handle this, manager is in meeting.once we spoke to manager as well, he promised a call back but he did not.they are asking us to get the product painted by their technician so that it will look new.my question is we bought a new product and paid for new one, why will they paint and make the product look new.we are asking for product replacement but no one is listening to us at all.at the time of purchase the store keeper said everthing will be taken care by them, but now no one is turning up.pathetic service.we want some strict action should be taken on royal oak shop(address mentioned above) and customer care and we want our money back. I have called to royal oak furniture shop banasawadi they not responding properly if product is available also they r saying its not available
