1. Delayed delivery - purchased on may 22nd 2019, goods delivered july 20th 2019.
2. Defective goods - complaint raised on july 20th 2019 and it is sep 20th 2019 now and we are still just waiting for an update from the worthless customer service.
3. No response - they do not respond to any emails sent to customer care. They promise callbacks 100 times and don't bother to get back to customer until the customer themselves callback.
4. Fake portrayal - they have a facebook page and respond only to customer queries such as product price and store locations. They delete comments which enquire about product delivery or defects or be it any complaints. I have proof for these myself. Was this information helpful? |
