[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — defective king size bed delivered

Hello,
I ordered King Size bed online via https://www.royaloakindia.com.
However, they delivered defective bed.
Now, no one is responding and helping. Sent email to customer care but haven't received any response yet. Also, called customer care number [protected] but no one is picking up the calls.
