[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Defective piece not being replaced | |||
I recently received a 18k worth coffee table I ordered from their store in Bangalore. The table had mismatching legs which made it shake, and it’s top has one corner with a dip which left a gap when a glass top is kept. Basically the coffee table had an uneven non-flat top and mismatching legs, pathetic that basic features of a table are not met. On raising Complaint ID : 44812, technician visited and confirmed both issues and talked to his manager. I could hear his manager making an absurd comment to the technician “both issues are because I have a kept a glass top”. That’s technically absurd and I was told service manager will call me. In 2 days, I was informed that my complaint is closed ( for no reason, thanks to service manager who is so “honest” to his work). Now they have reopened the complaint after multiple mails to customer service team, and after 5 days after reopening, there is no response. I’m left with a defective coffee table. Didn’t expect this from a famous brand like Royaloak with their 1 year warranty. Still waiting for a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
