Royaloak Furniture — Defective product and broken in a week

Hello Sir,

Reaching out to you wrt one of the products that I purchased from the Royaloak Whitefield outlet.

The piece is defective with the fitment and also broken now when I tried to adjust the back rest.
I have raised multiple complaints but I have had no response.
