[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — defects in wardrobe | |||||
I had purchased three wardrobes (Two doors two numbers and three doors one number) vide invoice no[protected] dated 24.03.2018 from m/s royaloak incorporation private ltd, bangalore. Initially, three doors wardrobe was delivered with three right side doors. After a long struggle, left door was given. Subsequently, all three wardrobes were installed. After installation, in many places of one two doors and one three doors wardrobe, where screw was fitted, a portion of the sheets has chipped out. The photographs of the defects have been sent by the technician who finally installed on 01.04.2018. The matters of defects were also brought out to the company's customer care executive mr. Shabbir today i. E. 02.04.2018. I could not attach some more defects photographs. These two wardrobe needs to be replace. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
