ROY0076305. My order was to be delivered on 23rd October however it is still reflecting as in process. The customer service is pathetic. No one in the team bothers to give an update on the customers order and everytime customer is being asked to reach the company on different modes like please connect on whatsapp/etc with no resolution. They need to understand that this is the hard earned money of the customer which they have taken and they are answerable to customers query. Order ID ROY0076679 has not been delivered.

1. The original delivery date was October 22, 2020 which their "unprofessional" delivery folks did not meet and moreover did not inform also.
2. The scheduled delivery date on purchase was October 24, 2020 and that too went missing. Subsequently, when I messaged their business Whatsapp number, I was told that my order would be delivered before October 26, 2020 and that did not happen either.
3. Finally, when I again messaged their Whatsapp number ((which btw is a joke), I did not get any response also.

Made the biggest mistake by ordering from this wayward company!
