[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — delayed delivery and cancellation issue | |||||
Hi, I have placed an online order (Roy009610) on 10th sep'18. As per royaloak website they quote "72hous free express delivery in bangalore". Also in order confirmation mail it is mentioned that the expected delivery is 13th sep and expected installation date is 15th sep. It has been 6 days, i didn't receive the product yet. On 15th i called roaloak customer care, i talked to rekha who said i will get the product tomorrow for sure, but i was no more interested in buying it online because of poor customer service, so i asked her to kindly cancel my order and for refund. She said she update me regarding this through email in some time. Later i contacted their online chat executive, didn't get proper help. I sent around 20-25 emails to cms. [protected]@royaloakindia.com and [protected]@royaloakindia.com. So far didn't get any response. Now today i just talked to their customer support shruti and rekha. Rekha said now i will get my product on 18th sep'18. I am simply asking them to cancel my order, as i have order online only for faster delivery. They are not helping at all regarding this. Further i don't know whom to contact. I just want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have purchased leather 2seater recliner last year October . From past one month I see that it is getting torn. We have spent 50k . Where is the quality?
