I had ordered Malaysian Muar Sofa online on Royaloak website 17th July. The delivery date was 30th July. The status on the order page started showing Out of Delivery around 25th July but there wasn't any shipment tracking no.
Called at the customer care, they said it's dispatched but, they can't provide any tracking no. Was told to be rest assured for delivery on the specified date.
On 29th I get a mail to my 2nd reminder on this issue from customer care mentioning that the delivery would happen on or before 10th August. When asked the reason, they just said to keep patience and the delivery would happen on or before 10th August.
In the meantime when expressed the concern to customer phone, I was assured to get a call back from the e-commerce team. However no calls yet.
I am worried to have chosen a wrong product or company. Need delivery of my product with an assurance of no further delay & if not possible, then return my money with compensation.
