Royaloak Furniture — Delivered damaged Product and not replacing the damaged one

I have ordered a recliner on 20th July and got the order delivered on 1st Aug. But the delivered Recliner was broken, the same was confirmed by their Installation Executive. But they have not sent any replacement till now.

They are not responding to my calls
