Royaloak Furniture — Delivery of product not received for which EMI got started!! | |||
I have purchased a LCD stand and a daffodil dining table from royal oak (marathalli Aswathnagar branch) in finance. Mr. Vijay the sells executive had made number of promises but it turned out to be false promises thorugh out and till date i havent received the LCD stand after repeated follow ups. The interesting part is, my installment got activated and i am paying for the product which i did not even received. I am going to turn down my EMI from this month on due to non delivery of product and filing a legal case right away should the product is not delivered in a day from now. Pinaki Karmoker. We had requested Royal oak furniture customer care to arrange for a technician who can dismantle and re-fix the TV unit as we were shifting our house. The person who visited to do the work did total mess and damaged the TV unit... We would appreciate if necessary resolution is given at the earliest.
