Fraud in solid wood thcikness — replacement — creaking unstable bed
This one is case for the records. I bought a queen size shesham wood bed from royal oak. The bed was delivered and installed and i noticed the wood was very thin compared to what was shown in showroom. I measured and went to store comolained to them they were adamant and starting fights to avoid to discuss the real matter. The wood was 2.5 cm thick compared to 3.5 cm displayed in showroom. Management gave excuses its a new improved version, so on and so forth. They however agree to replace bed takes them 20 days and atleast 20 phonecalls to get it replaced. This tume they deliver an unstable creaking bed. It's been three months they have been giving excuses. We are working we'll resolve it. Lately assurances stopped coming as well. I oosted complaint number on their facebook timeline and they deleted the comments and posts.
Moreover, during these three months three pairs of their technicians have come who note down the complaints and do nothing. Managemebt will contact you, we'll replace it. But in vain. I'm waiting for some kind of resolution so that my first furniture purchase for the new home does not go to waste. I've attached photos of wood thickness for showroom bed and delivered bed as proofs.
