Royaloak Furniture — Did not deliver the item and after cancellation not refunding my amount

I had ordered a table and a bed (order is:ROY0071164) worth more than 50k on sep 24th 2020, and they promised to deliver on oct 9th, since there was no update I had cancelled the order on 12th oct, it’s 10th nov I have not got any update on my refund, they don’t reply on the whatsapp number and there is no number to call back to them
