I ordered some wooden cot online at royaloak and they confirmed it will be delivered in 3 days and no response after that. I waited for one week and contacted them, they kept on telling in 2-3 days they will deliver and after 20 days they told no stock.
Then i requested for refund but till now they are telling they will refund within 2-3 days and it's been more than 45 days they didn't refund. I'm very much frustrated and raising a complaint here.
