We purchased 3 dining chairs. One of the chair is damaged and the service people has taken the chair on 3.10.2020. And they have not replaced it till today. Called the service Center called the furniture shop where we purchased the chair. But there is no use. They will give one phone number when we call they will give another number. Ultimately no response and no one do anything. We are fed up with this. So I request you to replace the chair immediately. Thank you
