I have ordered dining table with charis. I received order but dining table and one chair is damaged and not received all the parts for other chairs. When i raised complaint not one is responding. Order status is marked as completed but installation is not completed due to missing parts and damaged chair. Dining table contains full of scratches.. I tried to reach them whats'app and customer care no one is responding properly. I want to cancel and take my money back and i will go directly to showroom and i will buy. Sep 23, 2020 Updated by krishnainugurthy I have been following with Royaloak customer care on whatsapp and email from 16th September onwards but no luck.Not sure whether any one looking into whatsapp support and verifying emails or not. No one reached from Royal oak about my complaint. Three chairs was not able to fit due to missing parts and lot of scratches on the Dining table and called customer care also no response received.
