[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — dining table and shoe rack

There is fungus on both and I have already sent them an email with the product images and invoice number and nobody has reached out to rectify this. They just keeping pushing the jobs to someone else from their team and nobody has taken the ownership to resolve the problem. Now that I am checking their website, I can see that all of their furnitures have the same problem which speaks about the quality of their products and service levels.
