The previous complaint has not been handled well and the Dinning table glass top has again slipped off (Roger dining 4s)

We spent about 900 inr but it has come out again. Ever since I have bought this dining table I have spent so much of money to fix the table but it’s either a manufacturing defect or service not done properly.
