[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Dining table - poor quality | |||||
I had purchased a Dining table from ROYAL OAK furniture on the ORR near Kadubeesanahali junction, Bangalore. The quality of the chairs are so poor that the It is not even one Month That I have purchased and the chairs are broken. I have been trying to figure out the Customer care number on which I could at least get my call picked but I have not been successful. Jun 17, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Though my closure of the complaint is very delayed, I would like to close this complaint. The complaint was resolved within 1 week of raising complaint in this forum. They had immediately sent a representative to my place to get my broken furniture fixed.
They could have actually taken the same step when I had called them directly. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
