[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Emerald king size bed pending delivery for over 2 weeks | |||
Hi, This is Anirban residing in Bellandur, Bangalore. We had purchased Emerald king size bed with storage from Royal Oak, Bannerghata on 25th January 2016. We got the first delivery on 31st January. On 2nd February 2016 when the assembly person opened the different cartons, they found the different pieces badly damaged and also with many scratches. I have attached the pictures for the same. I have also attached the invoice too. Then we spoke to the customer care and lodged a complaint and they confirmed that the new furniture pieces will be delivered on 4th February. The second delivery was again a faulty one as they got a different model of furniture (Sapphire instead of Emerald!!) and so talking to the customer care again committed to be delivered by 5:30 PM on 5th February. At 8:30PM we got a call from the driver that it cannot be delivered. There has been too much of negligence is happening from the company end. Product purchased 2 weeks back has not yet correctly delivered and installation/assembly is still pending whereas the full payment of 57000 rupees has been made!! Too much false commitments from Royal Oak and we being working professionals, it is very much of a harassment. Please do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
