[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Failed to keep the promise
I wanted to order queen size bed for my grandparents and when I was browsing in the website I got a call from smitha from royaloak who guided me to order the cot. But I was little hesitant towards the delivery on Wednesday (14th April 2021). As I wanted it latest by Monday. She said she spoke with the manager and it will be delivered on Monday i.e... On 12th of April 2021. Today when I called her she dint respond twice and also later when I called her the response was rude. She says she can't help if operation dept delays. There is no responsibility taken here they just wanted order and later they respond as if we they are doing a favour and we have to oblige. The kind of response from her was not acceptable. I have attached the order details below.
