Royaloak Furniture — failure to service product within warranty | |||||
I bought a dining table from royaloak online about two months back. One of the chairs has been damaged a few days back and i made a complaint to their customer care for the same. It has been more than 10 days since then but they aren’t sending any servicing executive to rectify the issue. I have reached out to them multiple times over email and phone. They stopped responding to my emails and every time they give me 48 hours eta over phone, but they 48 hours never comes. Was this information helpful? | |||||
