I had purchased a 3 seater leather recliner sofa from Royal Oak showroom Calicut. I purchased ‘Naples Italian Leather Recliner 3s’ on August 30th 2020 from Royal oak Calicut showroom. I was intimated that the touchable portion of the sofa is made of genuine leather. But after 2 months I could see that the outer skin of the genuine leather started getting peeled off/damaged in multiple spots. If the product is made of genuine leather, then there is no chance that the outer skin gets peeled off this way.
I sent several mail of complaints but there was no response from Royal oak end. This company provides such a pathetic customer support. They just collect money from you with a smiling face by selling a fake product.
I need the product replaced at the earliest
