[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — False Fake Promise. Complementary product not delivered its been 6+months, delay in delivering the purchased product and very bad

Myself and My family members(Mother and sister) had visited Royaloak Showroom to buy Recliner sofa, we had asked for a good deal while purchasing. I also asked for Complimentary gift(Wall Cloak) to be provided, store manager(Mr.Nanjundaswammy) said he will have to check with his Boss\Supervisor, he immediately in front of my family members called his Boss\Supervisor\Store Owner and got informed us that the Store Owner\Manager\Supervisor\Boss has agreed to provide the complimentary gift however he is not in town he has gone abroad on a business trip and he will probably be back by 1-2 weeks and we will get his approval and provide the Complimentary gift. We agreed ok for one or two weeks its fine, however its been more than 3 months now and still the same reason and provided by the store manager stating approval is not yet given and have to wait... as this is a complimentary gift etc.. I said i have been very patiently waiting and i have to keep following up on this every time, last month when i had called to enquire there was no response and had called him again so he said he will get the approval in a week and provide the complimentary gift, however again its been a month and still same answer that approval is not done, i also said i will have to report this to Consumer Court about False Promise and delayed service, store manager was like ok go give complaint\report to consumer court...Very bad attitude.
