Royaloak Furniture — faulty bed | |||||
I purchased a bed on 30th august 2018. Even the person who came for installation warned me about the product quality. Within 5 days the bed broke. I raised a complaint on the royaloak customer care. They sent a service person, but upon seeing the quality of product even he advised me go for refund as the whole structure was weak and faulty... Its been 2 months since i've been following and there customer care is convincing me to take the service as of now... Even if i avail there service i'm sure that it wont last even 1 week... Pathetic customer care team.. They have been telling me since 2 months that we will take some action.. But no action taken yet... I paid 14k for the bed and haven't used it for even a week... The items delivered on 12 Nov 18 is still lying at my place.
The technician was expected to arrive on the next day to assemble it.
May I request to send the technician to assmble it.
