Royaloak Furniture — faulty bed | |||||
I purchased a bed on 30th august 2018. Even the person who came for installation warned me about the product quality. Within 5 days the bed broke. I raised a complaint on the royaloak customer care. They sent a service person, but upon seeing the quality of product even he advised me go for refund as the whole structure was weak and faulty... Its been 2 months since i've been following and there customer care is convincing me to take the service as of now... Even if i avail there service i'm sure that it wont last even 1 week... Pathetic customer care team.. They have been telling me since 2 months that we will take some action.. But no action taken yet... I paid 14k for the bed and haven't used it for even a week... Please refer to my order no [protected] dated 04 nov 18
The items delivered on 12 Nov 18 is still lying at my place.
The technician was expected to arrive on the next day to assemble it.
May I request to send the technician to assmble it.
