Purchased item with order number [protected], invoice number [protected] in the name of shinith
Order placed on 10th and took the item by myself so expected faster installation
Since then there was no followup or call back to inform delay
I called and was informed that they have rescheduled to another 2 days, still not response after 2 days
I called customer care and spoke to vinay, he was not acknowledging the fact the the service is delayed instead was saying its again delayed for another 2 days
What is wrong with the company, who is the ceo, why cant that chap keep proper staff and maintain customer service in professional manner Was this information helpful? |
