My Order Number : ROY00118953 and two more orders were delivered on 15th July but haven't been installed yet, inspite of repeated requests. At the time of purchase I got 3 calls during that period, but once the payment is made, there is no one to assist for installation. Never expected such poor customer care and after sales service from such a reputed brand. To add to it your customer care number is permanently busy or maybe non functional. Please get the furniture installed as soon as possible.
