[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — furniture purchased got broken in 2 months, no warrant support provided | |||
Dear sir, I got a six seater dining table from royal oak, in just 2 months the chair leg got broken. I raised a complaint with royal oak service team and asked for replacement. After so many followup, they sent a service engineer instead of replacing the broken chair they used a paste (Fewiquick) and pasted the broken chair. When i asked for replacement, they said, this is the service we can give and they will not replace the chair. Now if i ask them they are not responding. Could you kindly help me to get the replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
