Royaloak Penang Malaysian Wardrobe 3 door in Melamine Finish SKU: WR20202203 worth ₹24, 000.02 was ordered and paid on 31st May 2023 and the estimated delivery/installation was on 15/16th of June 2023 respectively. Despite reaching the dealer constantly over phone and email, the product hasn't been delivered. Customer care is of no use either.

However I haven't heard anything from them yet.
Why the refund process is so complicated even after cancellation of the order. The helpdesk insists to provide a voucher which could be used in ICICI or SBI bank. Other option is refund to source Bank account from which transaction was made which as per him would take a while.
So I chose to opt second option and reached via email to [protected]@gmail.com today and got a phone call from the same number and provided a voucher code and I have no clue if it works this way.
